The HTT-20-1 redundant, single-turn brushless resolver transducer was developed for applications that require redundant control systems. Whether meeting mandated safety standards or a project's up time requirements, AMCI's HTT-20-1 Redundant Brushless Resolver Transducer will not fail. This transducer features two independent resolvers geared 1:1 to the input shaft that are encased in an IP67 rated anodized enclosure. Using anti-backlash gearing to insure accuracy and repeatability, the zero points of the two resolvers are mechanically aligned at the factory.
The HTT-20-1 transducer is our smallest redundant resolver package that can be used when mounting space is at a premium. Plus the HTT-20-1 Redundant Brushless Resolver Transducer is the perfect solution when you must run two resolver based systems from a single shaft that require different resolvers. AMCI can install any size 11 resolver in the HTT-20-1, making it compatible with resolver based systems from all major manufacturers in the industry.
AMCI also offers the HTT-400-1 package which is an industry standard 4 inch diameter package that has separate connectors for each of the resolvers.

Contact SalesThe resolver transducer was originally developed to withstand the punishment of military applications, and has since benefited from more than 50 years of continuous use and development. Product packaging plants and stamping press lines are perfect examples of where you might find resolver based systems at work today.
Builders and system integrators alike agree that the resolver transducer is unsurpassed in its ability to reliably supply rotary position data in the harshest industrial environments.
The AMCI resolver product line is offered in aluminum or stainless steel construction, and boasts up to an IP67 rating. Solid shaft and hub shaft versions are available, and both types incorporate an oversized double row bearing that supports shaft loads up to 100 lbs. radial / 50 lbs. axial.
