Job Description: Assembly and Packing Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Assembly and Packing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including final assembly, packing finished products, testing incoming motors and components, and preparing materials for production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing Finished Products: Carefully pack finished products, ensuring they are securely prepared for shipment.
• Product Testing: Test motors and products that come in to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Final Assembly: Apply labels to products and perform final assembly as needed to ensure all components are correctly assembled.
• Production Prep Work: Assist with prepping metal work and other components needed for production.
• Occasional Painting: Assist with painting tasks, which will eventually be performed outside.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or packing preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform tasks independently.
• Experience with testing motors or similar products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to perform various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Physical stamina for handling assembly and packing tasks.
